Customisation Guidelines
1. Word Tile Limit
Your custom word can contain:
Up to 8 alphabets only
No emojis or special symbols
Examples:
COURAGE
MUM
COLLEAGUES ❌ (too long)
GRIT
DREAMER
2. Definition Print Limit
Your custom definition/message must fit within our signature layout format.
To maintain readability and print quality:
Recommended maximum: 160 characters including spaces
Text may be adjusted slightly for spacing and alignment
Important Notes
We reserve the right to adjust line breaks and formatting for best visual presentation.
Offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted content may be rejected.
Each artwork is custom made to order, so no refunds are allowed for change of mind.
