Because each piece is handcrafted and made just for you, we take a little time to get it right.

Our usual processing time is 2–4 working days before it’s ready to ship.

When will I receive my order?

Once your order is ready, delivery within Singapore typically takes 1–3 working days.

So from order to doorstep, you’re usually looking at about 3–7 working days. This includes time to craft your order.

What if there's an issue with my order?

We take pride in every piece, but if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
As each item is personalised, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, we’ll always stand behind our quality.

Standard delivery fee of SGD$5 applies for orders below SGD$50.
Free delivery is available with minimum order of SGD$50.

These rates are applicable for Singapore only.

Absolutely. That’s what we’re here for.

You can ship your order straight to the recipient, and we won’t include any pricing inside the package.
